Product Description

The cold storage panels are composed of
an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employing a waterproof film combined with SBS padding.
2. Utilize galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, firmly anchored with expansion bolts.
3. Application of sealant substrate to ensure integrity.
4. Pre-installation of board seam sealant (double-sided groove sealant enhanced with polyurethane spray in the middle).
5. Installation of the vertical wall panel.
6. For spans exceeding 6 meters, installation of wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and swift mushroom nails is necessary.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Ascertain the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel in accordance with the building's main beam structure. (The ceiling panel's joint should align parallel to the building's main beam)
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, including 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beams, with suspended M12 lifting screws connecting to C-type steel keel.
3. Elevate the insulated top plate into position.
4. Fine-tune the length of the lifting screw for precision fit.
5. The primary joint is treated with polyurethane foam, the PVC sleeve is foamed to disrupt the cold bridge, and the color steel folding piece is elegantly trimmed.
