Our versatile air coolers are designed for a wide array of cold storage applications, including both architectural and constructional environments. The D Series air coolers are available in three distinct models: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL Series is ideal for temperatures above 0ºC, making it perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD Series operates at approximately -18ºC, suitable for preserving meats and fish. For more demanding freezing requirements, the DJ Series functions at around -25ºC, offering optimal conditions for freezing fresh foods like meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate with a low-temperature resistant powder coating, our shells offer superior corrosion resistance. Customization options include aluminum plate or stainless steel shells. All tube plates are constructed from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy to minimize the risk of internal leakage due to thermal expansion and contraction of the heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer Water Tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. Its ribbed slope design facilitates rapid drainage, reducing the risk of icing and corrosion. The inner water tray is lined with aluminum plating to minimize air bypass, thereby enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat Exchange Pipe:Our heat exchange pipes are made from premium, efficient internal thread pipe with an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design, significantly enhancing heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Engineered with classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins, these fins enhance air disturbance and significantly boost heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, our fans operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring both stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our defrosting system utilizes a stainless steel electric heating pipe with low power and density. Strategically arranged inside the coil and on the inner water pan, it ensures uniform heating, enhanced defrosting efficiency, and prolonged service life.
Electrical Junction Box:Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, while also facilitating easy wiring.
Factory Testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, passing a stringent 25bar pressure holding test before delivery to ensure top-notch performance.
Sheet Spacing:We offer standard sheet spacing options of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to meet various temperature and humidity requirements.
Different Refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with multiple refrigerants including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, meeting a wide range of operational needs.
