Furthermore, they offer customization options to perfectly match any size requirements, making them the ideal choice for diverse applications.
Application environment: Ideally suited for cold storage and freezer environments, these doors operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -45ºC to +50ºC, making them versatile in various refrigeration contexts.
Sealing strip material: Crafted from EPDM, the sealing strip exhibits outstanding chemical stability and superior durability, coupled with exceptional aging performance. Its wide temperature adaptability allows it to function flawlessly in long-term working conditions from -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door panel material: These doors feature a polyurethane core with an overall foamed panel for a sleek, flat appearance, providing exceptional insulation. The exterior panel is composed of high-quality materials such as stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate, ensuring both aesthetics and functionality.

Door thickness: Available in a variety of options to suit specific needs, including 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm.
Doorframe material: Constructed with durable aluminum alloy, the door frame exudes a clean and elegant look. It effectively addresses the limitations of wooden door frames, such as low strength and susceptibility to decay. Additionally, these frames are equipped with self-regulating temperature electric heating strips that eliminate the need for manual temperature control.
Guide rail device: The guide rail system, crafted from aluminum alloy, integrates a guide wheel and clamping wheel device. This innovative design allows the door to effortlessly separate from the frame when opened and to seal tightly against the frame and floor when closed, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
