Harness the natural synergy of water and air in our Evaporative Condenser, where the refrigerant gas undergoes efficient heat exchange within the coil, smoothly transforming into a liquid state. An expertly designed water distribution system ensures optimal internal functionality.
The system integrates a condensing coil, heat exchange packing, and a dehydrator, all working in harmony with an external configuration that includes a water circulating pump, a state-of-the-art electronic water-curing device, and an axial fan. The internal pressure is maintained negative, thanks to the effective performance of the axial fan. As
the system is in operation, powerful airflow guarantees thorough cooling water coverage across
the coil surface via the water distribution network. At the same time, refrigerant gas enters the coil's top inlet, where it is efficiently condensed and exits as a liquid at the lower outlet. This process, empowered by the synergy of heat exchange among refrigerant, water, and air, complemented by fan support, significantly amplifies efficiency. As heat is absorbed, both cooling water and air temperatures elevate promptly, with water vapor transforming into steam, which the fan then efficiently expels, effectively eliminating excess heat. Meanwhile, steam in the hot air is effectively captured into
a reservoir, while non-gasified water seamlessly flows down to be recirculated within the system. The reservoir's water level is delicately controlled by a float ball valve, ensuring precise compensation for atmospheric water loss.
