The DJ series excels at -25ºC, perfect for freezing fresh foods like meat and fish.

Robust Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plates coated with low-temperature-resistant powder, our shells offer exceptional corrosion resistance. Customization options include aluminum or stainless steel shells. Tube plates are constructed from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy to minimize internal leakage caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the heat exchange copper tubes.
Innovative Double-layer Water Tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the bottom ensures quick drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray covered with aluminum plate minimizes air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Advanced Heat Exchange Pipe:Utilizing efficient internal thread pipes from premium brands, our heat exchange pipes feature an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to significantly boost heat exchange efficiency.
Enhanced Fin Design:Our classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins elevate air disturbance and substantially increase heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Powerful Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, our fans operate efficiently between -40ºC and 60ºC. The motor boasts an insulation class of Grade F, ensuring consistent stability and reliability.
Efficient Defrosting:Our stainless steel electric heating pipes are designed with low power and density, strategically placed inside the coil and inner water pan. This arrangement ensures uniform heating, enhances defrosting efficiency, and prolongs the service life of the heating pipes.
Reliable Electrical Junction Box:Our specially designed electrical junction box is resistant to water, fire, and high voltage, while providing easy wiring capabilities.
